Too many times, all of us, spend way to much time wondering what God wants us to do. Mankind translates, re-translates and then verbalizes what God said when He spoke to us.

Ask yourself a question, what would happen if we were told the wrong interpretation; an interpretation that was incorrect; an interpretation that was fabricated by a man and not from God Himself? What if we were told a message that was not the message that God had intended for us to hear? What might happen?

God gave us the WORD so that we, each one of us, could read and understand it for ourselves. The WORD was never meant just for a selected few; the WORD was intended for us all. I have a good friend that occasionally makes the remark that "All in Greek...means ALL!"

"All" is for every one of us. God gave His WORD to all of us.

I led a Bible study group once and there was a comment by a Rev. Michael Williams concerning ten (10) different people and one (1) sunset. He propsed the question, what would happen if these ten (10) individuals seen the same sunset on the same night? Odds are, there would be ten (10) different observations made concerning the same sunset.

One might note how red the sky was...another might note the number of clouds in the sky...a third might note how fast the sun fell behind the trees and a fourth might note how everything got so quiet just before the sun disappeared.

One (1) sunset, but just imagine the endless amount of possibilities that could be observed.
So then also is the WORD. There is only one (1) Bible that God gave to mankind, however observe the many numbers of interpretations regarding those same words.

Because there are all of these different interpretations, is this a sign that the WORD is useless for us to use and follow? NO, I don't think so. As with the sunset and the ten (10) different observations, it is our human nature to notice things differently.

Let me state an observation here, each one of us, every man, woman and child needs to read the Bible ourselves. Each one of us needs to hear the exact words that God wants us to hear. We each need to listen and hear God speak to us through His own words.

To often we limit ourselves and only listen to someone else tell us what they read or else we listen to what they tell us they heard God say. The WORD was intended for each one of us. Allow God to tell you Himself what He want's to say.

In Romans we read how we are not to criticize one another when their beliefs are different than our own. These words are so strong and way to often they are overlooked by our leaders, our churches and our denominations in this "human" world that we live in today. Everyone wants to be the one that is right. We live in a "It's my way or the highway" kind of world. We are so afraid that to admit that another is right in their beliefs, we would then be saying that our way is wrong.

We are human beings, there is nothing that we can do that will overpower or change the WORD that God originally gave to us.
